Did you hear this last Christmas? – 50 Scripture Verses on Fear

Did you think the world was going to come to an end as some people have been saying?

Well, It didn’t so, for some there is huge disappointment.

They had thought their struggles will be over;

Their debts will be no more,

No more sickness,

They won’t have to stress about Christmas gifts, or worry about not having money;

For some, they won’t have to go through the divorce, or sorrow over a loss.

Many people were glad for something to just happen that will erase some part of their life they are not happy with.

Many are simply afraid of what the present is and what the future holds.

BUT the world has not come to an END YET!

That means the debts are still there for some.

Some still don’t know what Christmas holds for them, how they will survive.

Some are going through difficult times, and the wish of a sleep and wake up and it is all gone has not come to pass.

They are awake to face the issues they left the night before.

ANOTHER BIG BUT!

BUT! This is precisely the message of CHRISTMAS

DO NOT BE AFRAID!

Luke 2:10 “Then the angel said to them “Do not be afraid, for behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy which will be to all people”. NKJV

This is what we get at Christmas, a message of no fear, but good tidings of great joy because Christ the King is born.

Are you afraid or anxious of anything this Christmas? Do not be afraid.

There is good news, great joy, because in an unexpected location, a blessing has been prepared for you.

While I understand one or two things about fear, I know that simply reading don’t be afraid may look insignificant to you, but believe, it is the word of God. DO NOT BE AFRAID!
